Vendor Spotlight: Horizon Micro Farm

Stop by and visit Kelly and Ryan at the Horizon Micro Farm Stand at the Indiana Farmers Market on Saturdays.  They are more than willing to share the nutritional benefits of microgreens and how to use in recipes.  They hydroponically grow their microgreens and offer a variation of flavors, from broccoli to a vibrant salad.  They do not use any harmful chemicals, fertilizers, or pesticides, and offer 100% green packaging.
