The Farmers Market Nutrition Program provides low income seniors (SFMNP) with five $10 checks (totaling $50) to spend with approved farmers across Pennsylvania. It’s a great opportunity to enjoy fresh, nutritious, unprepared fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Several Indiana County Farmers’ Market vendors accept SFMNP checks!

The Pennsylvania Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program, a state wide program
through the PA Department of Agriculture, is designed to provide money for the purchase of
nutritious Pennsylvania produce. To receive Senior Farmers’ Market Vouchers through Indiana
County Aging Services, Inc., you MUST be 60 years of age by December 31st, 2024, a resident of Indiana County, Pa. and meet the 2024 household income guidelines:
